SenseWatch is a classroom monitoring software designed for schools. It allows authorized IT administrators to:

  • View a live camera feed of the classroom through the panel’s connected camera.
  • View the live screen feed of what is being taught or displayed on the panel.

This is intended solely for classroom management and security purposes.

2. Information Handling

Live Only, No Storage

  • Camera and screen feeds are streamed live to the administrator’s dashboard.
  • No video, audio, or screen content is recorded, stored, or archived by SenseWatch.

Network Boundaries

  • All data resides strictly within the school’s network.
  • Nothing is streamed or stored outside the school premises, servers, or network.

Login Protection

  • Only authorized IT administrators with valid credentials can access the live feeds.

  • Minimal system data (such as device ID and connection logs) may be generated for technical functioning, but this too remains inside the school’s network.

3. How Information Is Used

The live feeds are used exclusively for:

  • Monitoring classrooms for teaching continuity and safety.

  • Helping schools comply with internal supervision policies.

We do not use this data for analytics, profiling, or commercial purposes.

  • Access Control: Only authenticated administrators can log in.
  • Network Restriction: Feeds are viewable only within the school’s secure network.

5. Responsibility of Schools

  • Schools control who has access to the administrator dashboard.
  • Schools are responsible for informing teachers, parents, and students about the use of SenseWatch.
  • Schools must comply with applicable local privacy and child protection laws.

SenseWatch does not collect or store student data. The live classroom feed remains inside the school’s own environment and is accessible only to authorized staff.
