From virtual classes to online exams, the Corona Virus pandemic has forced the education system to adjust to the new modes of learning and trends to ensure seamless delivery of the curriculum. With this, the pandemic has brought into sharp focus the gaps in the digitization in the education system in India. While the children in private schools are taking live classes with the teachers, Government students are still teacherless even online.

One-Way Education in Government; Uploaded videos are sent, if the students do not understand anything, they can not even ask

Under the Smile Project, WhatsApp groups consisting education officers, teachers and parents are sent study material and educational content daily from classrooms. The video delivery is one-way and if students do not understand the meaning, then they cannot ask the teacher.

Two-way study in Private Institutions: On the screen the teachers teach in the live class itself, children can also ask directly if they do not understand

Private schools prepared class-wise timetables for online studies. Teachers teach live on screen; just as offline classes. In such a situation, children can ask questions and teachers answer them directly.
