• Conduct live audio/video addresses to classrooms via panels.
• Share screen content with classrooms.
• Send messages with alarms/notifications to panels.
• Share files and links with classrooms.
• Start and manage exam timers.
• Control the panel volume remotely.

The purpose of SenseTalk is to support smooth classroom operations and enable centralized communication across the institution.

2. Information Handling

Live Only, No Storage

• Audio, video, and screen feeds are streamed live to panels during active sessions.
• No conversations, video, or screen data are recorded or stored by SenseTalk.

File & Link Sharing

• Files and links sent via SenseTalk are transmitted securely and remain within the school’s network.
• No external storage or third-party sharing is involved.

Messaging & Notifications

• Messages and alarms are delivered instantly to the panels and are not stored by SenseTalk once delivered.

Exam Timers & Controls

• Exam timer data is session-based and cleared once the timer ends.
• Panel volume control commands are executed live and do not persist.

Network Boundaries

• All data communication happens strictly within the school’s internal network.
• Nothing is streamed or stored outside the school network or on external servers.

Login Protection

• Only authorized administrators with valid login credentials can access the SenseTalk dashboard.

3. How Information Is Used

The information transmitted through SenseTalk is used only for:

• Enabling live addressing, communication, and supervision.
• Delivering teaching materials, alerts, and instructions.
• Supporting exams and classroom management.
• Assisting IT staff in ensuring smooth operation of panels.

We do not use any SenseTalk data for advertising, profiling, or commercial purposes.

4. Security Measures

• Access Control: Administrator dashboard requires secure login credentials.
• Encrypted Streams: All audio, video, screen share, and file transfers are encrypted.
• Network Restriction: Communication remains confined to the school’s internal network.
• Regular Updates: Security patches and improvements are applied regularly.

5. Responsibility of Schools

• Schools control who has administrator access to SenseTalk.
• Schools are responsible for informing teachers, parents, and students about its use.
• Institutions must ensure compliance with local privacy and child protection laws.

6. Children’s Privacy

SenseTalk does not directly collect student personal data. All communication is managed by school administrators, and all transmissions remain inside the school network.

7. Changes to This Policy
